I combine time-tested CBT methods with modern, innovative approaches to give you the most effective treatment possible. My treatment toolkit includes Exposure-based CBT for anxiety, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, and the SPACE program for parents.
